What we collect, and what we do with it.

Last updated 25 July 2026.

The short version

The only thing this website collects is what you type into the booking form, and the only thing we do with it is ring you back. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no newsletter and no third party we hand it to.

What the booking form collects

When you book a conversation, you send us:

  • your name and your business name
  • your mobile number and your email address
  • optionally, how many of you are on the tools and what your books are done in
  • optionally, whatever you write in the "what is eating your evenings" box
  • optionally, the best time to ring

All of it is optional except your name, your business name, your mobile and your email, because without those we cannot ring you back.

Where it goes

The form posts to our own server, which emails it straight to us and keeps no copy. It lands in our email, which is Google Workspace. That is the whole path.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else. We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ring you and you say no thanks, that is the end of it.

How long we keep it

The email sits in our inbox. If you become a client we keep your details for as long as we are working together and for as long afterwards as our tax and record-keeping obligations require. If you do not become a client, tell us and we will delete it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It loads the Archivo typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request your browser makes for the font file.

The client portal is a separate application on a separate address and does set a cookie - a single sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in and does nothing else. It is not used for tracking.

Getting at it, or getting rid of it

Email sales@tradeklik.com and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
